Although the experiment itself has evolved, its influence remains visible in Titta's work through expressive backgrounds, soft areas of light and a painterly sense of contrast.

(dis)connected

A tattoo album about losing and finding your way back home.

The world's first tattoo album, (dis)connected (2025), was born from a question:

What happens when we lose our connection to ourselves, to nature and to our own inner rhythm - and then find our way back again?

Can we truly connect with others if we are not first connected to ourselves?

Through eleven pieces, the album explores that in-between state through the artist's own experiences of feeling disconnected and coming back from depression. It is a reflection on light and shadow, strength and sensitivity and the quiet journey back to oneself.

Each piece is available to be brought to life on the skin.

About the artist

Titta lives and works from Finland and travels internationally for workshops, tattoo projects and creative collaborations.

Growing up in the remote landscapes of Finnish Lapland created a deep connection to nature and solitude - and an appreciation for the coexistence of softness and strength, wildness and stillness. These contrasts continue to shape the atmosphere and symbolism present throughout her work.

She believes tattoos are more than decoration. They become timeless visual stories and private yet powerful forms of self-expression.

Art was never meant to stay in one place.

Neither was she.
